CubiMap Distribution is dedicated to the distribution of 3D Printers, Filaments and Accessories. Their objective is to bring the best 3D Printing technologies to the USA, mainly from Europe. They are constantly looking for the best manufacturers in Europe to find new technologies, new ideas, and the best quality for the best price.

The Challenge 

Firs, their old eCommerce platform was no longer capable of accommodating the needs of its online customers. Also, product management was posing a problem.  Their existing eCommerce platform restricted their ability to properly categorize and distinguish products with its limited features. CubiMap was looking for a new site with a fresh front-end design, enhanced product management tools, a simplified checkout process and the capability to enhance cross-sells and up-sells. Ultimately, a site with a more robust back-end management capability to create an impact and provide customers a user-friendly online shopping experience.

The Solution

Therefore, IbleSoft built a custom website using the Magento Framework to provide a solid platform for continuous growth. This included a robust, customized administrative area for segmenting product attributes. The new site now makes it easier for CubiMap to present configurable products with a streamlined, easy-to-navigate interface.  As well as able to review and manage orders, fulfill order processing and better manage their customer database.

The Result 

As a result, CubiMap’s current Magento platform offers scalability, better conversion rates and improved site maintenance. With Iblesoft, the new site offers greater merchandising, promotion and conversion opportunities through enhanced categorical listings, improved search features and quality content and imagery spread across the site.  This gave the company a more efficient and organized eCommerce management solution. In addition, they were able to improve the online shopping experience for their customers. CubiMap saw a big change with an eCommerce sales growth of over 300% in the 1st year since the site launched.
