The Customer

The client is a well known Web Hosting and Internet Service Provider (ISP) company. Also, the company represents global stability, strength and growing suite of services under one roof – across the US, Europe and Asia.

The Challenge

At first, the challenge is based on automation of the company process. So the client wants to automate Billing, Support, Inventory, Networking and everything in between. However, they also want a good reporting system.

Additionally, the client wants:

  • Department wise application
  • Integrate QuickBooks with application
  • Customer online signup process
  • Help Desk
  • Billing system
  • Integration with AT&T API’s to check the connection access
  • Provision – connection with routers

The Solution

Then, after thorough study of each department, Iblesoft came up with a Object Oriented Development method architecture design to solve each challenge point.

We first divided each department into Modules and later integrated the system for:

  1. Network Management
  2. Connectivity
  3. Inventory Management
  4. Billing
  5. Help Desk and Ticketing
  6. Reseller
  7. Co-Location
  8. Reporting
  9. IP Management

As a result, the account, network, help desk and inventory department could be connected to a single server that allowed them to integrate with QuickBooks. Also, for security the server had a database server for backup.

Additionally, every department could have a fluent workflow and work from an admin dashboard.
