The client is one of the largest retailer stores of mobile phones and accessory related products in the United States. The company has around 70 chain stores in the United States.

Initially, the main goal was that the client wanted to expand the business. But, one of the troubles that the client was facing was managing the store inventory. As well as, sales representative commission calculations and main store profit margin calculations. As a result, they decided to have a system to manage the online inventory of all stores and the fund flow of all the stores too.
Therefore, the client approached Iblesoft to develop the system and reduce the time and paperwork of the company.
The Solution
As a result, Iblesoft was immediately involved in the implementation of this solution. Therefore, we were part of the requirements capture phase to conceptualization, design, development and implementation phase. We also integrated a payment gateway and built a flexible and user-friendly application in order to focus on reducing paper, time and loss for the chain stores. Hence, improving work flow, sales and inventory management while also integrating the necessary calculations to make an administrator’s job easier.
